The Boathouse can accommodate two guests and comprises one bedroom, one bathroom, and an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area. The bedroom has air-conditioning, a queen-size bed with percale linen, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room leads to a veranda.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and there is also a laundry room with a dishwasher. There is also a dining table for two with chairs. The living area has comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a pool table. There is also a fireplace and underfloor heating for the winter.

The living area has stacked doors leading to a large veranda overlooking the water. The veranda has built-in braai facilities, a gas braai, dining table for 12 with chairs, and sun loungers.

Tea, coffee, a Nespresso coffee machine and submersible, milk, rusks, ice cream, firewood and firelighters are provided upon arrival. Guests will also receive a complimentary olive tasting session for two to use during their stay.

On the lower floor, there is a ladder that provides access to the water where guests can swim and kayak. Life jackets are provided.
