About That Place
That Place is a two-story self-catering house featuring two bedrooms located upstairs and one downstairs accessed via the wooden deck. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower, and the second bathroom has a shower. The kitchen is well equipped and it has an open-plan design with the dining and lounge area. There is a Smart TV, so you need to have a Netflix/Showmax or Amazon Prime account. It's a perfect place for families - warm and welcoming, Lots of toys and teddies and DVD's, and space for children to relax as well as parents!! The pool is fenced and there are lots of pool toys too.
For those special getaways, it's perfect - the house is private, intimate and relaxing. The swimming pool and sauna is enclosed.

Important Information
A 50% deposit is required 72 hours on booking to secure the reservation.
The final 50% is due 7 days prior to arrival, unless alternative arrangements have been made.
Visa and Mastercard accepted with an additional 3% surcharge added.

Dogs welcome! The garden is medium sized and fully fenced, so better for smaller, older dogs who don't need a great deal of space. They will need to remain inside their garden (unless they are off to the beach), as we have many dogs on the farm.
In light of our new and peculiar world, and in order to keep us all safe from from everyone, That Place is completely self-catering.
However, housekeeping can be arranged during your stay, at an additional hourly rate.
Please advise if you would like the service and the days/hours required.
While the Housekeeper is in cleaning, please make sure you are out and about – just to keep contact to an absolute minimum.
Weekends and Public Holidays there is no housekeeping service.
