Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made.

Beekman Holidays acts as primary letting agent for this rental property. Any interest earned on funds that you pay in respect of your rental booking, earned between the time you pay and the time that Beekman Holidays pays those funds over to the rental property, will accrue to Beekman Holidays.

If you choose a cash refund, a small refund administration fee of 10% of the booking value will be retained.

The resort will require a copy of the confirmation letter in order to check you in. Please note that the resort reserves the right to allocate another unit number (of the same size) other than the one detailed on this letter. Please further note that certain amenities and facilities detailed on this letter may be subject to a fee, and you should clarify with the resort directly if required.

If, in the opinion of management, more than the stipulated number of persons occupy the unit, you or your party may be required to vacate the unit and you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.

No pets of any kind are allowed at the resort. Should you fail to abide by this rule, you will be required to remove the pet/s from the resort and will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.

Smoking is by law not allowed in the unit, on patios or in any building on the resort, other than in designated smoking areas. Should you or any of your party smoke in the unit and, in the opinion of management, the unit needs to be cleaned as a result, you will be liable for the applicable penalty fee.

You will be personally liable for the cost of repairs or replacement arising from any damage or loss to the unit or its contents, or any costs incurred by you or your party on account during occupation of the unit and you will be charged accordingly.

Please note that most resorts charge a refundable breakage deposit for this purpose.

You will be asked to sign an indemnity on check in. Please note that at least one occupant of the unit must be over the age of 18.

Details of the amenities and facilities are correct at time of booking, however may change dependent on maintenance schedules.

To ensure our facilities remain in top condition, please note that general refurbishments may be underway during your stay and could result in varied noise levels. The resort apologises for any inconvenience and looks forward to bringing you a remarkable experience.
