About Swartvlei Equestrian Estate

Swartvlei Equestrian Estate is a Guest Farm situated 15km from Sedgefield. We have five self-catering cottages and a manor house. We have a swimming pool area, tennis court, clubhouse and conference room on site. Meal options are available on request. Please note it is a gravel road (in a good condition) to the farm. All cottages have a private bathroom with a shower and bath, an equipped kitchenette, flat screen TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi. Cancelation Policy - Terms and Conditions
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
If the guest doesn't show up, they will be charged the full price of the reservation.
The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price upon making their booking.
Full payment is required up to 14 days before they stay with us.
We do not provisionally book without receiving your 50% deposit.
No refunds will be made for bookings made over peak periods i.e long weekends and holidays.
In the event of late or incomplete payment you are in default.
We will not be held liable for any consequences.

★★★★★ Loved the shower. Totally awesome but the shower head needs to be changed. Doesn't spray in one direction. Aircon was a thankful necessity. Being in between nature was a very welcome change to city living. Horses down the path was the best ever. Will definitely consider coming back.
