Here you can relax in luxurious comfort and convenience in this newly built farm-style mountain cottage with its panoramic views. It is truly a nature-lover's paradise. There are three rooms to choose from being Protea, Klipspringer and Fynbos. Fynbos is perfect for a couple or two friends as it has two single beds. Klipspringer is great for the family with its two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, kitchen and indoor braai for those winter days. Protea is suitable for a family (if booked with Fynbos) or a couple as it is equipped with a kitchen, indoor braai and king size bed.
Closest accommodation you will get to the Swartberg Mountain Pass, the highest rated pass in African and UNESCO World Herritage site. The Swartberg Pass offers many 4x4 trails.
Kobus se Gat Restaurant is the perfect place for a rustic wedding and the venue can seat up to 200 people. Our cottages are situated right behind this popular venue under the foothills of the Swartberg Mountain pass and Matjiesriver valley.
Our cottages can sleep anything from 1 - 5 people. We are situated close to Wilgewandel family farm and the Cango Caves for varies family activities.
At Swartberg pass with its romantic panoramic views, you can enjoy a glass of wine on the lawn overlooking the magical Swartberg Mountain while taking in the sunset. As day turns to night, you will see the stars like you’ve never seen them before.
