We are fortunate to live in a very beautiful part of the peninsula overlooking the Atlantic ocean. We offer three North facing self-catering apartments all with independent access to the main house, and our property is set amongst huge granite boulders and the unique Cape fynbos. The units form the ideal base for the holiday traveller or a home from home for the Businessman. Each unit has its own private entrance and uninterrupted views across the Atlantic Ocean looking north toward Robben Island in the distance. Our property is situated about 200m back from the rocky shoreline, just to the West side of the main beach.Facilities - TV. Units are serviced weekly or more often by arrangement, Free wi-fi , Parking on our property behind secure automatic gates. All bedding and linen provided, but please bring your own beach towels, Swimming pool, Full cooking facilities. Breakfast optional upon request if you phone ahead with your preferences we will stock the units with the basic foodstuffs to save you arriving and having to immediately set off to the shops. We are situated 20 minutes from central Cape Town, the waterfront and surrounding areas, via a beautiful coast road , 5 minutes from Hout Bay, with its beach, shopping facilities, many restaurants, fishing harbour and many facilities. Allow 35 minutes to and from CT International airport. Llandudno is a secluded bay surrounded by mountains, with approximately 200 houses. The area is serviced by ADT Security with 24hour patrols, with an additional 24hour foot patrol in our street, i.e. Sunset Avenue. The combination of the geography and the Security make Llandudno an extremely safe place to live. We have two of the best beaches in Cape Town and we often have whales, Dolphins and Seals swimming on our doorstep. The main Llandudno beach is 2 minutes by car and 8-10 minutes by foot.
