Important Information
*A deposit of 50% of the full reservation amount will secure your booking.
* Guests must provide a valid proof of Identification upon check-in.
Bookings will be deemed Cancelled if no payment is received before or on the Expiration date.
Guest will not gain entry or receive keys to their booked rooms until FULL PAYMENT has been received.
Cash, EFT & swipe transaction at the guesthouse premises (debit/Credit card) are acceptable.
NO REFUNDS for Early Check outs, No Shows, Delayed Arrivals.
Check-in Time from 13:00 - 20:00. Late check-ins needs to be arranged in advance
Check-Out Time 10:00. A Levy is chargeable for late check-outs. Please return ROOM KEY to reception.
Guests are expected to look after the keys responsibly. A charge will be made for the loss or damage to keys.
Unfortunately we have no provisions for pets.
All Reservations payments are non-refundable.
