Important Information

* Check-in is from 14h00 to 20h00, unless prior arrangements have been made.
* The cardholder and their ID or passport must be present at check-in.
* The credit card used for the online payment must be presented at check-in.
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the reservation.
* A refundable breakage deposit of R1,000 applies to the four-bedroom unit.
* A refundable breakage deposit of R500 applies to the one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.
* No visitors are permitted.
* No pets are allowed.
* Linen is changed every three days. Additional cleaning before the third day is available at R200 per day.

To help you prepare for your trip and enjoy a comfortable stay, please note the following:

Please do:

* Let us know your estimated arrival time at least one day before check-in.
* Pack an extra SIM card if you need to work, as Wi-Fi is available but mobile signal can be limited.
* Bring golfing, surfing, fishing, and swimming gear, as well as games to enjoy the surrounding activities.
* Make use of the communal swimming pool.
* Use the location pin rather than the street address to find the brown entrance gate.
* Call Nella when you arrive at the gate.
* Respect other guests.
* Switch off lights and electrical appliances when not in use.
* Enjoy the complimentary first-night toiletries, toilet paper, and dishwashing liquid provided.
* Ask for assistance if you need help or cannot find something.
* Purchase braai wood at the Spar complex if required. Please take extra care when using the braai, as the property has a thatched roof.
* Allow our staff access to service the unit during the week.
* Leave the unit as you found it, including returning any moved furniture to its original position.
* Dispose of litter in the dustbins and ensure the lids remain closed.
* Familiarise yourself with the emergency exits.

Please do not:

* Make excessive noise.
* Host parties unless prior arrangements have been made and paid for at the lapa.
* Remove plugs, light fittings, or lighters from the unit.
* Smoke inside the house.
* Waste water.
* Remove any items that do not belong to you.
* Feed the monkeys should they visit the property.
* Leave without letting us know how we can improve your experience - we always welcome your feedback.
