I made a booking online and sent proof of payment from Travelstart to your counter while I was waiting. We waited more than 1 hour. I had to speak to your manager after the attendant wanted me to pay again which I refused. The manager told him to give me a room. They struggle to open the door and eventually we we I’m our room. The next day I had a call from your office station no payment when through. I phoned Travel start which I though your office could have done having all the documentation.
