Welcome to Summerfields Rose Retreat and Spa situated on one of the oldest farms in the Hazyview/Sabie Valley. Established by Andre van Heerden and Ilse Fritz on the old hunting farm of former Prime Minister, Jan Smuts, the lodge has now been transformed into a self-contained guest house known as the Stonehouse, with expanding views over the valley.We offer a luxury 5 Star tented lodge, unique rose spa and gourmet restaurants nestled in a natural forest and plantations of lychees, macadamia nuts and roses. Important Information
Any cancellation of a booking must be in writing and shall only be effective upon its acknowledged receipt by Summerfields Farm Lodge (Pty) Ltd.
1. All bookings can be postponed indefinitely up until 3 days prior to arrival date. 2. Any bookings cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival date, will receive a 100% refund 3. Any bookings cancelled within 29 days prior to arrival date are non-refundable but can be postponed as per point 1 above. 4. Guests will not be checked in until the reservation has been paid in full. 5. In the event of a premature departure or change of date, the full extent of stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged. 6. A 5% administration fee (of the full amount) will be added to all cancellations. 7. Check in time: 13h00 – 18h00 (Please kindly advise should you be arriving after this time) 8. Check out time: 11h00
9. We do not accommodate kids under the age of 12 at the lodge.
