Important Information

DEPOSIT POLICY

A reservation is not confirmed or secured until this deposit requirement has been paid in full.
Newmark Hotels, Reserves and Lodges reserves the right, without notice to release any accommodation held where the required deposit has not been paid in full within the stated period.

All Seasons

20% non-refundable deposit is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation, unless a booking is made within thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case full payment is required within seven (7) days to secure the reservation. The balance of the amount must be paid, in advance, no less than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. All other extras must be settled with the Hotel prior to departure.

Peak Season (25 Dec - 05 Jan) and (08 Feb - 12 Feb)

20% non-refundable deposit is required within seven (7) days of making a reservation, unless a booking is made within sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival in which case full payment is required within seven (7) days to secure the reservation. The balance of the amount must be paid, in advance, no less than sixty (60) days prior to the scheduled date of arrival. All other extras must be settled with the Hotel prior to departure.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Only written cancellations will be accepted; please ensure you receive an acknowledgment of cancellation from Central Reservations. All deposits of 20% received on confirmation are Non-Refundable and will apply as cancellation fees.

All Seasons

Should the reservation be cancelled less than seven (7) days prior to arrival, should you fail to arrive on the day, or should an in-house guest check out prior to the guaranteed departure date, the hotel has the right to charge the full value of the accommodation or part thereof, depending on the occupancy and availability of the rooms on the night/s in question, unless the hotel will have been able to resell the room.
08+ days prior to arrival: 20% Cancellation fees (Non-refundable deposit to apply)
07- 00 days prior to arrival: 100% Cancellation fees

Peak Season

60 - 31 days prior to arrival: 50% Cancellation fees
30 - 00 days prior to arrival: 100% Cancellation fees
