It is located next door to the Views Boutique Hotel & Spa. Self-isolation house prepared according to FEDHASA guidelines. Staff trained on Covid preparedness i.e hand hygiene, social distancing, wearing masks. Clean and sanitize before and after each guest stays. Complimentary sanitizer for guest use.

Important Information
- There are rechargeable lights for loadshedding.
- Final rental amount is to be paid to the property management company no later than 30 days/1 month before arrival, together with additional fees of R 1750 post departure cleaning fee and R 3000 refundable breakages deposit. For international guests only, the breakages deposit to be paid in cash on arrival, if local residents this needs to be prepaid via EFT.
- R 200 in cash upon check-in for late check-in fee if arriving after 18h00.
- A maximum of 8 people sharing in 4 en-suite bedrooms – 2x King beds and 2x Queen beds. Please do not exceed this number on any given night.
- Children of all ages are welcome, however, please take care of small children due to height and nature of this property. There is no child safety barriers or gate on stairs inside the house, also no railings on some balconies. The pool doesn't have a safety net. You need to keep an eye on your small children for their safety. Please bring your own camp cot and high chair with.
- Linen, bath & beach/swimming towels are provided – please do not use bath towels as beach/swimming towels.
- Strict Estate Rules: The Clubhouse is not available for use by guests, it is for permanent residents only. No pets are allowed on the property.
- No smoking indoors, please discard of cigarettes in astray provided and not on the patio, gardens or down toilets.
- Unruly and/or noisy behavior will result in an eviction, with no refund. No parties or events are permitted at the property. Please respect the property and your neighbors, thank-you! No loud music or noise after 22h00 please.
- A cleaning surcharge will be charged should the tenants not leave the property in reasonable condition for occupation or if check-out happens later than the specified time.
- Housekeeping service is not included - it is optional extra. Please advise us well in advance if you require this service as it is outsourced and subject to availability at time of enquiry.
- This accommodation is fully self-catering. Kindly provide your personal consumables.
