The duplex apartment sleeps six guests and comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen and living area. All three bedrooms have double beds. Both bathrooms have showers, toilets and sinks. There is air conditioning in the main bedroom and living area. Freestanding fans are available in each bedroom. Guests must please bring their own bath and bath towels.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, tumble dryer, cutlery and crockery. There is also a counter with chairs, a dishwasher and a washing machine. The dining area seats six guests and the lounge has a comfortable lounge set. There is a second lounge upstairs with a comfortable lounge set and a flat-screen TV with DStv.
