Important Information
MINIMUM STAY
• Afribode Accommodation has a minimum stay of 3 nights throughout the year and 7 nights during peak season; stays shorter than this will be billed for the minimum stay period unless agreed by written quotation.
• If a stay of less than three nights is agreed by Afribode Accommodation a housekeeping fee will be levied on the stay based on the size of the apartment.
PAYMENT
• All credit card payments made online must be validated by the production of the card on arrival. If the card cannot be produced on arrival the payment will be considered void and an alternate payment will be required. In this instance any payment made will be refunded in full once verified with our credit card agency.
• Should it occur that proof of payment cannot be verified by the time of a guest’s arrival, Afribode Accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry to the apartment. In this instance any payments will be refunded in full once verified.
RESCHEDULING
The following fees apply if you wish to cancel your reservation and reschedule for a future date:
• Rescheduling more than 28 days before arrival incur no rescheduling fee.
• Rescheduling from 14 to 28 days before arrival forfeit 25% of the deposit (i.e. 12.5% of the total reservation cost).
• Rescheduling less than 14 days before arrival forfeit the full deposit (i.e. 50% of the total reservation cost).
LOSS & LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
• Neither the owners of the apartments nor their agents are responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury of any sort that might be incurred by guests on the premises.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Afribode Accommodation reserves the right to refuse entry to the apartment. In this instance any payments made will be refunded in full once verified.
ALTERNATE ACCOMMODATION
Should it occur that due to unforeseen circumstances the apartment becomes unavailable we will attempt to find accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard.
If we fail to secure alternate accommodation we will refund our guests in full.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By reserving the apartment it is understood that the above terms have been accepted.
