Important Information

* Please contact establishment for one night stay on weekends.
* We reserve the right to charge any amount due to breakages/damages/loss/theft of items and specifically any apparent misuse of linen and towels. Guests are liable for damages or loss.
* The maximum occupancy of the unit, as stated on your booking form, must not be exceeded under any circumstances, unless previously arranged with the Proprietor at a R350 p/p p/n charge. Failure to adhere to this will result in the extra people moving out with immediate effect or the booking will be cancelled and no refund given.
* We have a strict 'No Visitors' policy.
* Check in time is 14h00 and check out time is 10h00am. These times cannot be changed unless arrangement is made with the Proprietor prior to occupation.
* All rooms are non-smoking. You may smoke outside and in the open public areas giving due consideration to other guests and children. Please use ashtrays provided
.* Breakfast is not included in the rates, breakfast will be an additional charge of R100 per person - please inform your host if you would like to add breakfast.
* Any children 0 - 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult, We have a right to request ID for any children.
* It is the parents responsibility to take care of their children at all times whilst on the property, Please note swimming pool does not have a net or fence around it.
