Outside, you will find a fenced patio and deck area with an outdoor gas grill and a private hot tub. The large living and dining area includes a freestanding propane stove, large flat screen TV with blue-ray player, and a hide-a-bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. There is one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one full bath with a large soaker tub, a sauna, and a separate laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. Top it all off with a master bedroom that includes one king-size bed and a half-bathroom. An added bonus of this home is the game room which features a pool table, and wet bar. This vacation property will sleep four to six guests.

Snowline is a family-focused community with plenty of recreational activities. Amenities include a seasonal outdoor heated pool, fishing pond for kids 12 and under, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts, children’s playground, and a large playing field. There are plenty of trails throughout the community along with access to the Nooksack River. Snowline is located at the edge of the Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.
