About Slipway - Sea View
This alluring home can accommodate up to six people at a time and is a great place to stay while having a break away from the city. The accommodation consists of a house and a cottage. There are two bedrooms in the house. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds. The house has an open-plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. The cottage next to the house has one bedroom with a double bed. The cottage also has an en-suite bathroom with a bath and toilet. There is an inside as well as outside fireplace. There is an outside shower, enclosed garden and yard.
Safety Measures implemented as per TBCSA’s (Tourism Business Council of South Africa) protocol and obtained NOSA’s Health and Safety Certificates.

Important Information
Deposit must be paid within 48 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immeadiately.

No under 21's without proper adult supervision allowed.
No refund for shortened stays.
Check in time: 14:00 and check out time 10:00.

How to find the office to pick up the key. Address of office: 14 Fifth Avenue, Arniston. Follow the Etna's Office signs. First one just past the 60km/h sign.
