A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform Signature Living Hotel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note the hotel does not have its own car park. However, there is a drop-off point at the front of the building. Non-residents will not be permitted into the hotel. Please note that the hotel will not accept guests under the age of 18, unless accompanied by a parent. The amount for this deposit will vary depending on the type of room booked but is GBP 100 for couples and GBP 50 thereafter to a maximum of GBP 600 depending on the room booked. This will be confirmed in your confirmation email.
