The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of AUD 150 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. POLICY_CHILDREN All children are welcome. All children under 3 years are charged AUD 20 per person per night for children's cots/cribs. All older children or adults are charged AUD 20 per person per night for extra beds.
