★★★★★ The unit is in need of an urgent upgrade. It is sad that the owners/letting agent did not ensure that unit is in a living condition. It was extremely dusty and dirty. The lights in the bathroom and balcony did not work. Both the toilet cisterns in the unit were permanently leaking, causing an irritation. The owner stressed that I should bring my own DSTV decoder. The downside is that the DSTV doesn't work, even with our own decoder and smart card. The neighbours even had to call out a DSTV Technician.
