About Sea Haven Beach Villa

Walk in and prepare to immerse yourself in an awesome, special experience. Beach front, right on the dunes, an absolutely stunning, peaceful location, at one with uninterrupted ocean views. Sit and watch the whales in front of you (during the whale season, August to October)and enjoy the sun setting over the ocean. A surfers' paradise and a dog-friendly beach.

Three large double bedrooms leading onto decks, and three modern full bathrooms with top quality fittings, including heated towel rails, open plan, custom crafted, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. Double volume, spacious dining/lounge, leading on to ocean facing deck with semi-enclosed braai/BBQ corner on upper level. TV with DSTV (full satellite TV), free wifi, outside showers. Single garage available by request. Fully equipped for self-catering, with percale linen and towels. Ideal for six to seven guests, maximum 10 guests with extra beds, sleeper couch, futon bed sharing bedrooms, at an extra cost.

Full cleaning service included after departure; extra cleaning can be arranged at additional charge.

Beach: Beach front - step on to the dunes and exquisite Long Beach, famous surfer's corner to the left, rocky outcrops and pools to the right, crayfishing in summer season, whale season from August to October, west facing - sun set views over the ocean.

Wedding Venues: Large open plan entertainment room on first floor (lounge/dining area and kitchen), under double volume thatch, leading out on to deck with amazing ocean view, lovely for quiet, small, intimate weddings, maximum 25 guests.

Conference Venues: Ideal for small conferences, seats 14 at long or 10 at square table, TV/DVD player, wifi, large open plan entertainment area with fully equipped kitchen, leads to 1st floor deck with semi-enclosed braai/BBQ area, all with magnificent ocean views

Family friendly: Enclosed street side garden, and indigenous ocean side with low fence and gate on to the dunes and beach. Children can play on the dunes right in front of the house. Young children need supervision at the interior staircase and first floor deck.

Romantic: Watch the sun set over the ocean from the first floor deck.
