Both units have their own private entrance, deck and braai area. However, it shares the spacious 1000 square meter garden area. This funky 1 bedroom guest suite (2 guests) is designed to charm. It boasts a 1970 fully converted aluminium Sunway caravan equipped with en-suite victorian bathroom and decked outside shower. It floats on the wall of a 40 sq m studio space which functions as a living room and fully equipped kitchen. There are also 2 day beds and a sheltered braai / BBQ area not to mention the spectacular beach at the bottom of the road. Guests are in for an experience they wont forget.

Attractions in the area include Boulders Beach, Simonstown Harbour, The Artist's Gallery, Steenberg Wine Estate, Cape Point and Chapman's Peak.
There is NO WiFi and limited cellular connectivity in the area.
The owner makes use of the Bungalow / Studio on occasion.
