Overlooking the traditional Gansbaai harbour with horizon views across Walker Bay, the Hottentots Holland Mountains all the way to Hermanus and often Simons Town, Saxon Lodge offers a down to earth, home from home stay in Gansbaai, The Great White Capital of the World TM and sanctuary for Southern Right Whales. You can unwind in one of our spacious, individually decorated suites or rooms, some with private entrances and verandas and take in this amazing eco-adventure paradise. Saxon Lodge offers an ideal setting for small strategic meetings, business planning, team building and incentive programs. Maximum 10 people
We have 2 family suites and a swimming pool. Restaurants are within walking distance.
We pledge to implement a high standard of hygiene and cleaning protocols to ensure the safest environment possible for our guests. We adhere to the industry safety protocols set out by the Tourism Business Council of South Africa (TBCSA).

Important Information
Booking conditions:
• All rates include buffet and hot breakfast in our Saxon Restaurant and access to the lodge facilities; check rates for cater-in suites
• All suites and rooms offer modern comforts including hospitality DSTV;
• Check-in time is 14H00 - 19H00 and check-out time is 11H00; Please inform of late arrival
• Children under the age of 2 stay free and up to the age of 12 pay 50%;
• A 50% deposit secures your booking with the balance being payable on arrival;
• Provisional bookings will only be held for 5 days;
• Please note that our Lodge, including rooms are non-smoking. Guests can smoke on the verandas and decks.
Check in time ends at 19H00. Please let us know if you will be arriving later so we can plan staff.
