Satori is a beautiful rustic nature based lodge where the focus is on the simple things in life. This is the ideal lodge for some much-needed rest and relaxation. We are situated 5.9 km from Dargle as the crow flies.The lodge consists of two buildings, one where the guests sleep which has three bedrooms, two of which sleep three people and the third sleeps just two. Built from hay harvested and baled on the farm, the lodge is truly a nature orientated experience. The water for the lodge is supplied by an underground stream and the lights are powered by solar power. The lodge can be rented out for private use or to individuals that are happy to share the facilities with others.

The owner and hostess of the lodge is an artist and offers a host of workshops including art and drumming workshops for those wanting to explore their more creative side in this beautiful setting. Other workshops include team building, couples retreats, parent and teenager workshops, communication workshops as well as both women’s and men’s workshops. These workshops provide a fun and creative space to work on your relationships together.

With the beautiful mountains for hiking, an indigenous forest where guests can take a leisurely stroll and fresh water streams which run through the property and create tranquil spots for some relaxation, it is a nature lover's paradise. Guests are able to participate in workshops or help out in the kitchen and get involved in the baking of bread or the preparation of the wholesome country meals. Satori is about reconnecting with nature and learning to enjoy the simple side of life.
