About San Lameer Villa 3403

San Lameer Villa 3403 is located on the San Lameer Estate which is South Africa’s own tropical paradise and has something to offer the whole family, with direct access onto two magnificent Blue Flag beaches. The climate of San Lameer is pleasantly sub-tropical, with cool breezes from the Indian Ocean, and is the dream holiday location for golfers, beach-lovers and families.

San Lameer is a 169-hectare nature conservancy, landscaped with 620 privately-owned luxury villas surrounding the challenging 18-hole, professional golf course, a world-class hotel and spa. There are also two swimming pools, a Lagoon Side Bar and Restaurant Grill, tennis and squash courts, and many other activities available.

San Lameer Villa 3403 is well-situated between the beach and the hotel in a quiet cul-de-sac overlooking a pond with fish and birdlife. This air-conditioned villa comprises three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a lounge, and kitchen area. The upstairs main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en suite. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom contains a bunk bed and an additional three-quarter bed. Linen and bath towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a washing machine, a tumble-dryer, and a dishwasher. The comfortable lounge includes a flat screen TV with full PVR bouquet. This is also linked to a TV in the main bedroom. This villa also features a patio with built-in braai facilities and a weber braai. The villa is serviced daily.

Should you wish to play golf during your stay, you can make a booking with the San Lameer Country Club prior to arrival.

Guests must provide their own beach/swimming towels. Please note that no smoking is permitted in the villa.

Additional charges include gate access fee (R30-R200 depending on length of stay) plus a R500 refundable breakage deposit. This must be paid seven days before arrival.

Balance of rental to be paid directly to owner 14 days before arrival.

NB: bookings cancelled due to lockdown will be credited to the customers in full for a future booking (i.e. no refund, only a credit)
