Reception Hours: Check-in: 14.00- 19.00 pm | Check-out 11.00 am
Late arrivals: If late arrivals are not pre-arranged we can’t guarantee reception, and you might forfeit your reservation.
Late Arrivals 19.00-23.00: Surcharge of R50.00 per hour
Late Arrivals after 23.00: Surcharge of R100 per hour.
Late arrival fees can’t be charged to your guest account, it must be settled on arrival to the check-in officer.
Early check-ins: R50.00 surcharge per hour.
