Important Information
• 50% deposit required.
• Balance of payment due on arrival or before departure.
• Should you leave prior to departure time, there are no refunds.
• Should you depart earlier than arranged and no deposit has been made, you are responsible for the full amount due.
• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote.
• Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote.
• Cancellations between 14 and 1 days prior to the visit forfeit 100% of the total booking quote.
• For non-arrival/no show/premature departure 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
• No extra people to sleep over unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
• Extra guests will be charged for.
• The apartment including the bathroom is a non-smoking area.
• The apartment is serviced Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and all public holidays.
• Salt and Light Self-Catering is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or losses to guests and their friends, including theft or break-ins into vehicle or apartment that may occur during their time at Salt and Light Self-catering.
• There is a trampoline – it is the parents responsibility to ensure that children are supervised when playing.
• Should any damages occur to curtains, carpets, mattresses, furniture, cutlery, crockery, keys, remote controls or any appliances that require repairs, replacement or dry-cleaning – it will be for the guests account.
• No excessive noise after 22h00.
• The apartment is in a residential area. Consideration of neighbours and other residents has to take place at all times.
• One car per apartment unless prior arrangements have been made with management.
