The rooms and bungalows are located inside our green garden that gives you some privacy when you need it and because every hotel in the area is surrounded by small sand roads, you will never be disturbed by loud traffic and sounds from outside.

Sagando Bungalows offer you 17 different rooms with a bar or garden view. No matter which room you choose, everyone has a private sitting area, toilet and shower with hot water plus breakfast included. Inside the rooms you will find a mosquito net, cloth hangers, towel and fan.

For us the security is the most important thing. That is why we make sure to have security on the property all day and night for our guests and staff.

If you choose to travel by your own car, we will always offer our guests a parking place free of charge.

We know and understand how important it is to keep yourself updated online so you can keep in touch with friends and family while you travel. That is why we have free WiFi in our bar, restaurant and inside all rooms. Please ask us for password and you will have unlimited access to internet, all day and night!

Sagando Bungalows is located in the small village called Michamvi Kae, South East coast of Zanzibar. Due to the low and high tide of the ocean, you can easy plan your day. During low tide it is a perfect time to visit our beautiful mangrove and sandbank, or why not walk around the village and explore the local life of Zanzibar.

Because Michamvi Kae is located in a bay, this is the only place on the East Coast where you can enjoy the golden sunset on the beach or book a Sunset Cruise on a local dhow boat.

Our private tour guides love to talk and explain about the excursions we offer for the Island.
