Ruthers Place is situated in Aston Bay approximately 10-minute drive from Jeffereys Bay. The establishment has three en-suite rooms. Two of the rooms have a double bed, DStv, and a ceiling fan in them. One en-suite has a shower, toilet and wash hand basin, the other has a bath with a standing shower, toilet and wash hand basin. Payment:
All accommodation is to be paid on arrival.
This is to ensure that our guests are not inconvenienced with checkouts.
Payment to be made in cash only, unlaces prior arrangements have been made.
Jacuzzi/Pool:
This may be used at guest's own risk.
Children are to be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Please ask for pool towels - do not use the towels supplied in the flats.
General:
Please leave flats in a reasonable, tidy and clean state after use.
Please keep furniture, fixtures and fittings in the same state of repair and condition as at the beginning of your stay.
In the event of any damage to furniture, fixtures or fittings, you may be held liable for the replacement value or repair costs.
This includes damage to the pool areas.
Please switch off electrical appliances and lights if not been used.
We operate a non-smoking policy in the flats.
You are welcome to smoke outside - ashtrays and bins will be provided.
We reserve the right to eject a guest/guests from the flats if they are not conducting themselves in an appropriate and/or acceptable manner to the building.
