Rustic Cottage is situated in Utopia Nature Estate in Buffelspoort Valley.
This thatched roof house offers accommodation in three bedrooms, with three bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the top floor and all feature views of the valley. The first and second bedrooms each have a double bed and en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third bedroom has two single beds.
There is a gas stove, fridge/freezer combination, crockery and cutlery, and board games in the cottage, and there is a braai area, pool area and secure parking available for guests.

Quotes or enquiries are only valid for 48 hours, paid deposit secures the booking. Refund policy applicable.
Make special arrangements for last minute bookings. Payment to be received 24 hours before stay.
Booking in time: 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm
Booking out time: 10:00 am
Additional breakage and cleaning deposit of R500 must be paid into the bank before arrival, nett will be refunded with in seven (7) days, if not required by owner.
Guests should bring their own lighters for braai and charcoal. No wood may be used.
No pets allowed. The lights are solar panel. No hairdryer, TV, fans or any electrical equipment can be used. Charging of cellphones allowed.
The unit is cleaned before arrival and after departure. Should anything be broken, damaged or be missing, it will be deducted from the deposit. Should the unit be left dirty, a fee of R250 will be deducted from the deposit. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
No motorbike, quad bike or boat allowed. The speed limit is 25 km/h. No loud radio or music allowed. Utopia has no shops. The nearest farm stall is 10 km from the unit and it has limited stock. Closest shopping mall is in Rustenburg 35km
