About Rus en Vrede

Relax in the calm and serene surroundings of this lovely self-catering apartment in De Kelders. Enjoy the view over the whole of Walkerbay and watch the whales nearby the cliffs.

The apartment has a separate entrance and is very private from the main house. There are barbecue facilities on the grass and safe parking. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need for your stay and all linen and towels are supplied.

Attractions in the area include shark cage diving, Danger Point Lighthouse, and Duiwelsgat Hiking Trail.

Family friendly: This apartment is walking distance from the Stanfords bay beach. It also cater for children playing in the garden in front of the apartment.

Romantic: Rus en Vrede is very private with a lovely seaview even from the bedroom.

★★★★★ The peace and quiet was wonderful. The accommodation was very good. Everything worked and was very clean and well kept.One problem for us(due to our age) was the very steep flight of stairs to access the entrance to the accommodation. These stairs are not mentioned in your review of the place.Unfortunate trees have grown so there is virtually no sea view any more.

★★★★★ We loved everything. There was immaculate attention to detail, even a Cadac to boil the kettle in case of load shedding and a sewing kit. The kitchen was very well stocked so cooking was easy. Our host explained how everything worked and there was more than security. There was absolutely no5hing we can think of to complain about.
