Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that there are no lift facilities in the guest house. All rooms are accessible via stairs onto the first and second floors. There are also stone steps with a hand rail leading up to the entrance. Parking is available on street in a zoned area. The Guest House has a limited number of permits at GBP 5 per night (check for availability and written reservation confirmation prior to arrival). Please be aware that Riverside Guest House is city based and the front-facing rooms can experience traffic noise. Depending on room type and availability, some guests may be accommodated in the nearby annex. Please note that the check-in is strictly between 13:30 and 23:00. Early check-in before 13:30 will require a surcharge of GBP 10, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Late check-in after 23:00 will require a surcharge of GBP 10, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
