★★★★★ David is a friendly guy. Noisiest stay ever, mostly because of staff. Breakfast average, my bed had no cover sheet. Okay overall but not good value and clear that the owner is absent.

★★★★★ My wife and I got such a pleasant surprise when we arrived. We had a long drive from Cape Town and it was extremely hot. When we got to the room the air-con was already on and we entered a conveniently cool room. Everything was well prepared. We loved it and decided that from now on wards Rise and Shine Lodge is going to be our permanent stopover.
