The Rietdakkie is a quaint little cottage a mere ten-minute walk from the shops and restaurants of the village of McGregor. Rietdakkie has a fully-equipped kitchenette provisioned with milk, tea, coffee and sugar as well as Wi-Fi. In addition to the queen-sized bed, there is a fold-out sleeper couch perfect for a small child. It’s an ideal venue for those wishing to get away from the hectic life of the city. There is a braai (barbeque) and a stoep (porch) where one can relax, read and have dinner al fresco. There are also many possibilities for hikes and mountain bike

We can also offer home cooked meals, washing and ironing upon request. Between my partner and myself, we are fluent in English, French, Italian, Afrikaans and German.
