You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. If no credit card is available, the property requires a refundable NZD 200 cash deposit to cover any incidentals. This amount will be refunded after inspection of the accommodation.
