Redlands Hotel is situated in the northern suburb of Wembley, in the heart of the beautiful Redlands Estate. Ideally situated five minutes from the central business district and all amenities, the tranquility of the hotel makes you wonder how KwaZulu-Natal’s capital city is little more than a stone’s throw away.The hotel comprises 12 Deluxe Rooms, two Library Suites and four Premier Suites. Important Information
Thank you for booking at Redlands Hotel.
• Cardholder, ID/Passport is required at check-in.
• The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
• Time of Arrival: After 14h00 . Time of Departure: By 10h00. Should be checking in after 8pm, kindly let us know.
• Refunds are not given for late arrivals or early departures. Management reserves the right to re-let bookings not taken by 18H00 on the booked date of arrival unless notice of late arrival is given.
• Payment by Credit Card, Cash and EFT accepted.
• Please note we will need to physically verify the credit card used to make the booking upon check-in. If the credit card owner and the guest the accommodation was booked for differ, we require a scanned copy of the credit card (both sides) and a copy of the ID of the credit card owner.
• Guests are responsible for leaving the suite and its inventory as they received them, please.
• Neither the business nor its servants or agents accept liability for any personal injury, loss or damage which may be sustained by visitors or guests or their property during the period they are at Redlands Hotel and Lodge. I
• The property offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner – Please make bookings for meals by calling us on 033 394 3333.
• No loud noise is allowed after 22h00.
• Fifty percent Deposit is required upon booking.
• Cancellation: If you cancel 2 days prior to the arrival date; you will be liable to pay the full amount.
