You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the swimming pool will be closed from 1st March until 14th March due to renovations. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. Payments by cash or EFTPOS do not incur an additional fee. Guests arriving outside reception opening hours are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance.
