Red Cottage is a self-catering cottage located in Stellenbosch, two kilometres from the University Campus, 1.5 kilometres from the city centre and one kilometre from the schools.The cottage has one bedroom and an open-plan living area and is fully equipped to make guests' stay comfortable. The cottage has one bedroom and an open-plan living area and is fully equipped to make guests' stay comfortable. The bedroom has a very comfortable queen-size bed with percale linen. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, basin and a toilet. Soap, shampoo and toilet paper are provided.

The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, one-plate induction stove and a microwave. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. Enough milk, coffee, tea, sugar and two bottles of water are provided free of charge for the first night.

The cottage is completely separate with its own entrance and has secure parking behind an automatic gate and its own garden.

The neighbourhood is safe, yet the cottage has a security gate, burglar bars and an alarm for extra security.
