You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of NZD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 92 Great South Road, Epsom, 1051 Auckland. Please note that there is a 3% charge when you pay with a credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check-in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the credit card used to book the accommodation and guest names are different please contact the property in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party' policy at all times. Only registered guests are permitted in the property after 21:00, and no visitors are allowed on the premises between 21:00 and 08:00.
