About Ramsgate Beach Unit

Ramsgate beach unit is a beautiful apartment, located in Ramsgate, South Coast, KwaZulu-Natal. It boasts amazing sea views and can accommodate eight guests (4 adults and 4 children)
House Rules
1. Please be considerate to our neighbours. No loud music after 10pm. This is not a party venue. We do not book groups of adults.
2. No pets allowed
3. Please don’t have more than 8 people sleeping over. Do not use the couches as beds
4. Please take the bin bags down to the bin area before leaving. Deposit into the black bins provided
5. Please clean up after yourself at the pool area. Glass bottles not allowed in pool area.
6. Please check that all appliances have been switched off before leaving (except for the fridge)
7. No smoking inside the house.
8. Switch on geyser on arrival. DB above stove.

The unit comprises three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One queen bed, one double and two bunk beds are available. There is a single garage, with two open bays. The complex is secure and safe.

A pool and braai area is available for entertainment as well as direct access to the beach. The apartment is located five minutes away from Margate.

Beach: Great beach getaway. This unit has wonderful views and is on the beach. Also has private beach access.

Golf: close to Selborne Estate

Family friendly: This is the perfect family venue. Pool in complex, safe for children, close to restaurants and shops. Peace and quiet

Covid Safety Approved: All safety cleaning precautions are followed.

★★★★★ Our family loves this unit and complex. It is very secure and has a swimming pool on site, which is nice. The private beach is lovely to go to when the other beaches are busy. However the next day i was told by the host that they got another booking and that she is cancelling my booking. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!
