Terms and conditions
• All cancellations are subjected to administration charges and booking cancelled after payment will automatically loose 35%
• If : A: 60 days notice then 50% of rate refunded. B: 50 days 35% of rate refunded. C: less than 40 days notice no refund
• Non arrivals will be charged in full. Dates may not be swapped for other dates, unless at least 6 weeks’ notice is given.
• Please note booking are only confirmed once payment is made in full, please email proof of payment and use your name and date of stay as bank reference conditions.
• Any extra guests will be charged for, this includes children.
• No day visitors after 6pm and permission must be granted from us for you to bring visitors onto the property.
• No pets allowed, No smoking inside any rooms/ cottages.
• Any damages to you or your belongings while staying at Queensburgh B&B, you agree to not hold us responsible.
• No smoking inside any of the rooms,
• We reserve the right to upgrade your room if we have to, due to companies
extending there stays.
• Rooms are cleaned daily with 70 percent alchohol sanitsers and staff wear safety protective wear. Alll rooms are sanitised
• The outdoor jacuzzi is cooled, if you want it heated please note we charge R350 per day and we need 24 hours notice to heat it as it takes 24 hours to get hot.
* Rates are all self catering breakfast we charge a extra R150 per person per day.
