Pratt is a three bedroomed house and is a great option for a group of friends or family looking to have a relaxing getaway in Arniston. There is one room with a double bed and one room with two single beds. One room has a bunk bed and en-suite with a shower. This room also serves as a washing room. Deposit must be paid within 24 hours.
No booking will be confirmed unless the full deposit amount has been cleared by the bank.
You will take full responsibility for all breakages, damages or losses during your period of rent, whether by occupants or your guests.
You use the premises and all equipment at your own risk and I will not hold Etna's Accommodation or the home owners responsible for any losses or damages during your stay.
You further understand that if you exceed the permitted number of tenants (children included), or cause a disturbance by having loud parties, you will be required to vacate the property immediately!
No loud parties are allowed.
No 21'st or matric parties aloud.
Only permitted number of people (children included) are allowed per property.
If you exceed this number, you will be asked to vacate the property immeadiately.
