Portmanteau comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room area and a well-equipped kitchen. The first bedroom is fitted with a king-sized bed. The second room has a queen-sized bed, with views of the ocean and a private wet-room. The third bedroom is fitted with twin beds.

A dishwasher can be found in the kitchen and warm water is provided by a gas geyser. The living room can easily seat six people and has a TV with Netflix and Prime Video available. Guests have access to an open outside seating with braai facilities.

At the bottom of the property, separate from the main house, is a granny flat, occupied by a full-time tenant, who will be available to provide assistance when need be and to handle documentation and the exchange of keys.

Things to do in the area include kayaking, kite sailing, fishing, ski boating as well as hiking.
