Those who do not comply with these requirements, must pay the tax (19%) directly at the hotel; therefore, it is essential to present the Passport and the Migration certificate at the time of check in. For Colombian residents, the VAT tax (19%) is included in the rate. If the Colombian nationality is not specified in the reservation, the VAT will be charged directly at the hotel without exceptions.
