Important Information
1) Please note that the balance plus a refundable damages deposit equal to one nights rental is payable 21 days prior to check in date.
2) Damages deposit to be refunded within 10 days of check-out, minus the cost of any damages, breakages or losses incurred.
3) The house is rented on an ‘as is’ basis and it is the tenants responsibility to keep the house and its contents in the same condition as on arrival.
4) An absolute maximum of 10 occupants are allowed.
5) No pets are allowed.
6) We provide courtesy amounts of consumables (soap, toilet paper etc.) but thereafter all consumables are for your own account.
7) All linen is provided but you need to bring your own towels.
8) The owners, employees and agents of the house cannot in any way be held responsible or liable for any injury, loss of possessions, loss of life or any other claim whatsoever arising from your occupancy.
