The surrounding area offers a multitude of exciting venues to visit including world famous surfing shops and factory outlets, an exclusive fashion boutique right downstairs and upmarket eateries right around the corner.

Guests will have private access with secure parking, leading onto a staircase to the upper wooden deck with sliding door entrance to the apartment. The open plan lounge/dining area is furnished with Satellite TV/DStv and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, small stove/oven, microwave oven and all necessary utensils and cutlery. The bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower, small hand basin and a toilet. The main bedroom has a queen size bed, large built-in cupboard, ceiling fan and hair dryer for your convenience. The second bedroom is fitted with two single beds large built-in cupboard and ceiling fan.

At the Pepper Tree there is a large outside wooden deck area that has a gas barbecue unit and traditional picnic style wooden bench where the early birds can enjoy the breathtaking ocean sunrise. A selection of interesting books are available inside the apartment for those not so sunny days. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment and outside deck. Other important information is summarized within the guest folder of the apartment. As this is a private apartment, our guests will have access to the whole apartment and outside area.
