There is a door that separates the two apartments which can be left open if rented together.
Both apartments have fully equipped open-plan kitchens with a stove/oven, fridge/freezer and all small appliances. Enjoy the queen-size beds, superb bedding, flat-screen TV with DStv; including all movies and sport channels, DVD player and limited free Wi-Fi. Each apartment has an indoor braai, and there is a joint outdoor braai area.

Elsies Peak hiking trail, which offers amazing panoramic views of False Bay, is 3km away. Penguin Blue is ideally positioned: 40 minutes from the international airport, 40 minutes from the winelands, and 40 minutes from the Cape Town CBD.
