Important Information

* Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior arrangement.
* The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and remain on the property for the duration of the stay.
* Only the number of guests booked may occupy the apartment. Additional visitors require prior management approval.
* Pearly Shells is a family-friendly establishment. Parties, events and disruptive behaviour are strictly prohibited.
* Guests are responsible for any loss, damage or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
* No smoking is permitted inside the apartments. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor areas or on balconies with consideration for neighbouring guests.
* Pets are not permitted, only service dogs with prior written approval from management.
* Guests must comply with all safety notices and property rules when using the swimming pool, games room, braai facilities and other communal areas.
* Reception is open during office hours. After-hours assistance is available through the on-duty watchman/ security or caretaker(for emergencies).
* Daily servicing is provided Monday to Saturday. On Sundays and Public Holidays only refuse removal is provided.
* Management reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a stay without refund where guests breach these conditions or disturb other guests.
* Please treat the apartment/s and communal facilities with respect. Any intentional damage, excessive cleaning or missing items may be charged to the guest responsible.
* For EFT payments, funds must reflect in our bank account prior to arrival. Proof of payment does not guarantee immediate clearance, and check-in will only be permitted once funds have reflected in our account
