This upmarket apartment offers guests staying with us prime views of both the estates signature Golf course and the area's magnificent Simonsberg mountain range. Although part of the Hotel, our unit has a fully equipped kitchenette offering our guests the option of preparing their own light meals. The kitchenette, dining and living areas are all open-plan and lead onto an outdoor patio facing the golf course and Simonsberg mountain range. This establishment sleeps strictly a maximum of 4 people. The main bedroom offers a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The guest bedroom is also en-suite

Important Information
Payment details: A minimum of a 30% deposit is required with your reservation. Balance plus refundable breakage deposit of a R1500 payable a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your arrival in order to confirm your booking. Golf Safari SA reserves the right to cancel your booking without the refund of your deposit should the above payment terms not be strictly adhered to. For bookings less than 2 weeks before your intended arrival date, full payment for accommodation and breakage deposit is required upfront. Confirmation of payments received and bookings will be made via email by Golf Safari SA. Refundable breakage deposit: Please note that a breakage deposit of R1 500.00 is payable directly to Golf Safari SA 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Guests are to 'email' Golf Safari SA directly, confirming the banking details that they wish the breakage deposit to be returned to once they have departed. No breakage deposits will be refunded by Golf Safari SA without an electronic confirmation of the banking details from the person who made the original booking.
Housekeeping: Your daily rate includes an arrival and departure clean only. All extra housekeeping requirements can be discussed directly with our outsourced housekeeping contractor. All extra housekeeping costs are to be settled with the contractor directly. Please ensure that ID is supplied upon arrival. Please note that any late departures will be charged for.
HOTEL SUITE ONLY: Please note our Hotel Suite 504 is privately owned and not part of the Mantis Group so services such as porterage, incl. breakfast, etc is not offered within our packages. The suite is powered by a backup generator in the event of loadshedding or a power outage.
Rates: All Public & School Holiday and long weekend periods will be charged at Peak Season Rates. It is at the discretion of the Establishment if they will accept a one night stay especially over peak season, holidays and weekends. If permission is granted it will be charged at Peak Season Rates. A per person rate can be offered for a group of 3 and smaller (T & C's apply) As weekends are considered our Peak periods the only departure date that we offer is either a Friday/Sunday or Monday. No departures on a Saturday will be permitted. We would like to remind guests that Golf Safari SA is not obliged to accommodate the change of dates should a guest wish to move the dates of their original booking. A fee will be charged should we agree to the change. Please note that no booking modifications will be considered should your arrival be less than 2 months away. NO same day bookings, we require at least 48 hours from date of booking to arrival.
