Spacious and beautifully furnished with every comfort it offers open living space and a big veranda with braai area - you can even watch the whales from the veranda (when they're around: June - October). The spacious living area and all the rooms have their privacy and special features. Lots of additional extras for your comfort e.g. electric blankets & a fireplace in winter, aircon & fans in summer, large round dining table

Important Information
1. A 50% deposit is due within 48 hours to secure your booking. Bookings will automatically expire within 48 hours without a security deposit.
2. The balance is strictly due 5 working days prior to arrival, No keys will be handed over unless the full amount has been paid.
3. REGRETFULLY NO PETS ALLOWED
4. STRICTLY NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE. A R 1000 PENALTY WILL BE CHARGED. You are welcome to use the outside areas to smoke
5. A refundable breakages deposit of R 1000.00 is due in cash on arrival
6. Please note that check-ins after 18H00 guests will be charged a R 150.00 extra per hour A once-off cleaning and laundry fee of R 750.00 applies to every booking irrespective of the length of stay.
7. A breakages deposit of R 2000.00 is due which is refundable should there be no breakages or damages.
8. We have a minimum stay of 2 nights throughout the year.
Minimum stays over Long weekends are three nights. 9.
There is a minimum stay requirement of 10 Nights between 15 December and 5 January 2020.
Guests need to provide their own beach/swimming towels.
